Just got done watching Spirited Away.
And now I’m watching the Office.
XD
SOoo I had a really bad day today.
But I’m not going to rant about it because it did in fact get better.
Though I’m like way behind on all my homework. Well, not really. Just in german. Cause it’s CRAZY. Soooo many freaking assignments in like one day. Not even. In like an hour. I don’t know how anyone keeps up.
Wooooooooo!
Well, it was a 1- but whatever! Pluses and minuses don’t really count for anything anyway! Wayy better than I was expecting!
Plus I was actually better than someone! haha I was legitimately worried about that.
Some saxes got threes. :-/
But the sax dude was totally cool and gave me some great advice.
Plus I now am confident that I will be playing alto, oboe, and bass clarinet at next year’s solo ensemble. :D
Today was a happy day.
P.S.- I got like 10 NHS hours today too! Happy happy happy happy.
A lot of this is dead-on. Take note.
Dear Rachel (raeey),
I would just like to tell you that your eyes are like super amazingly cool in the photo you just posted of yourself. Like super blue and beautiful. I’m officially jealous.
Sincerely,
KateDear Kate (katear),
Thank you very much! That totally just made my day :)
P.S. We should talk more in ACT Senate.
Rachel

People on the internet are so stupid. Sheesh.
I have decided that I don’t like my original idea for the storyline of the movie thing I want to make that I posted on here awhile back.
And now I don’t really know what to do, so if you all have any ideas for me then well… you should tell me.
So I’m pretty sure that my top choice school is USC. Like seriously.
Great film AND journalism programs. Marching band. In LA so it’s more likely I could find a job as a film editor. Just like everything.
And I just did a search on some college website thing and it put USC on my top as 100% match. It was literally the first one on the list. Out of all the 100% matches, it was the top. A sign? Yes. I’ll take it as that, even if it isn’t.
Anyway, it’s a bit of a stretch, but just a bit. Because first, my disappointing SAT scores put me at the bottom of admitted students (hopefully my extracurriculars will make up for that and hopefully I’ll get about 200 points better on the next go around). But the fact that I have to work harder to get there makes it just that much more appealing.
And then there’s the money thing. But I’m going to do just about everything in my power to keep money from being a factor in where I go to school. It shouldn’t limit my opportunities. So basically it’s like scholarship searching here I come. I’ve already applied/submitted essays to five or so, which is more than most juniors can claim. Plus, I’ll try to get scholarships from the school if I’m actually accepted.
Anyway, I’m excited for the future. I’m honestly a little obsessive over this whole finding the right college thing and I still have a year left of high school. I guess I’m being a little ridiculous, but I don’t really care. It’s not like I talk about it much, or like ever. It’s just that high school is stupid, and I can’t wait to move on.
Ok then… my SAT scores were not exactly what I’d been expecting.
hmmph.
